• Serve as the school foundation's principal technology strategist and sole full-time IT lead, personally executing approximately 80% of all technical design, development, implementation and support across three campuses.
• Independently conceived, designed and built an in-house School ERP from the ground up — Admissions, SIS, Library, Attendance, Purchase and Infirmary Management — integrated with the campus flap-barrier system and deployed across multiple branches.

• Built the school's cybersecurity foundation from zero: centralized firewall infrastructure, access controls, and segmented Wi-Fi/network policies.
• Rolled out Google Workspace with centralized SSO across ManageBac, Kognity, the in-house ERP and other platforms.
• Upgraded the campus CCTV network to 300+ cameras with mobile and web-based access for school leadership.
• Introduced India's leading AI-enabled interactive panels — among the first deployments in Indonesia — and led computer lab hardware upgrades.
• Developed additional in-house platforms: an online examination system, a digital certificate/report card platform (including BSEISI results), a management e-voting/polling system, and a report-card web app for Mahatma Gandhi School, Tabing.
• Conceived and is currently building the school's Makerspace lab (robotics, coding, electronics, 3D design/printing), as a certified Makerspace Facilitator (University of Sheffield) and IB MYP Design Category 1.
• Extended hardware lifecycle and reduced licensing costs via Ubuntu/Linux deployment; expanded Microsoft 365 Education adoption.
• Provided direct implementation support to the Semarang and Bali branches, including Google Workspace rollout and their in-house Admissions ERP deployment.
